Fully automatic Top push pallet strapping machine is a formula specifically designed for strapping on a strapping machine with sociability rail,when the machine detects when items need to be packaged with the rail will be automatically extended,and the original frame is formed with a closed road,followed by automatic packaging, when a job is completed, the rail will be automatically returned to the packer body below, and then by the transportation equipment items will be transported to the next station.

The machine is equipped with a specialized sociability rail that automatically extends when items are detected for packaging. Once the rail is extended, a closed path is formed, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted strapping. After the strapping is completed, the rail automatically retracts back into the machine body, streamlining the entire packaging process. Items are then transferred to the next station via transportation equipment.
This strapping machine accommodates PP straps with a width of 15mm and thickness ranging from 0.6 to 0.8mm. Its adjustable reel dimensions (w160-180mm, inner diameter: 200-210mm, outer diameter: 400-500mm) allow for compatibility with different strap sizes, providing flexibility for varying production requirements.
